My past experiences in ecommerce product marketing management, grassroots social innovation, design agency & freelance business consulting help me bring a hands-on POV to problems, particularly when making meaningful impacts with all sorts of traditional tech buzzwords. From hybrid cloud & data automation, machine learning analytics, enterprise blockchain and more, I enjoy the challenge of tying research insights through to business outcomes.

In this role, I set the research direction for all strategic Envizi design workstreams across teams in 5+ timezones, responsible for ensuring how researchers are applying their methods on high-impact production or customer discovery challenges. Since 2022, I have blended qualitative & quantitative methods to anticipate product management needs, with research I directly conducted or led research teams to complete having a major influence across all of Envizi's post-acquisition product/feature development.
Throughout my tenure, I spearheaded research efforts for the launch of IBM's Supply Chain Intelligence Suite, collaborating to deliver the first user-validated POC in just 3 months. Teaming up with IBM Design Principal Chris Hammond, we launched the SCIS MVP within a year, with quantified + qualitative research delivered driving enhancements for user needs in FDA Compliance and Shipment Milestones.
